Hotrod Posted October 8, 2010 #1 Posted October 8, 2010 (edited) I was at my local dealer where I bought my Venture,Honda/Yamaha of FT. Walton, to have some warranty work done. (crack in left lower faring ) I noticed they had a set of chrome breather covers for a venture hanging on their showroom wall. This is the ones that set in between the cylinders at the bottom. I think these are discontinued. I already have a set on mine. I did not see a price, but I would suspect it would be suggested retail. If I remember right, they were between $80 to $100.Any way, here is their phone # for any one that is interested.850-862-4622 or 850-863-2346. kj5ix Posted October 8, 2010 #2 Posted October 8, 2010 Curious: what they look like ! I guess that I didn't follow where they are for Do they cover the ugly black plastic covers behind the lowers up toward the top???
M61A1MECH Posted October 8, 2010 #3 Posted October 8, 2010 No these go just under the tank between the cylinder headss, the one on the left has a cut out to go around the choke knob. The ones you are thinking about are the chrome air box covers.
Hotrod Posted October 8, 2010 Author #5 Posted October 8, 2010 They are the ones in Buddy's post, but these are the smooth ones, not the ball milled.
Owen Posted October 8, 2010 #6 Posted October 8, 2010 Those are carb covers and they clean up the looks of the top of the motor nicely...
