Love the bike as well. However, the seat may be too tall for me at 5'5" and I'll never be able to afford parts and routine service maintenance. I think majority of the maintenance is not for the DIY person. Wish I can own one someday that is lowered...

Nah, I prefer the Cruiser look and seating position.

 

I can't imagine 10 hour days on a modified Crotch Rocket. This of course includes all of the 'Sport Tourers'.

Was looken at BMW's before I bought my venture.

 

The one thing more expensive to own, than a Harley, is a ......... you guessed it, BMW.

 

Also,

Hopefully you don't brake down on a long ride across the US. The dealerships are few and far between and the parts are a tad on the expensive side.

 

It sure is puuuurdy though.
