bongobobny Posted October 6, 2010 #2 Posted October 6, 2010 To quote a famous German Proverb, "We are too soon old, and too late smart!"
Yammer Dan Posted October 7, 2010 #3 Posted October 7, 2010 You know I thought that way Bro but that FJR makes me think. Just can't afford one. I got Obamaized. May have to part with a few 1st Gens.
Marcarl Posted October 7, 2010 #4 Posted October 7, 2010 There's a reason for the statement: the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. Think I'll move to the States,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Dano Posted October 7, 2010 #5 Posted October 7, 2010 There's a reason for the statement: the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. Think I'll move to the States,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, But, our grass IS greener down here!! That is,,,, as long as we water it!!!
Yammer Dan Posted October 7, 2010 #6 Posted October 7, 2010 But, our grass IS greener down here!! That is,,,, as long as we water it!!! But we got to mow it more often!!!
Squidley Posted October 7, 2010 #7 Posted October 7, 2010 Then buy another 1st gen, not for me anymore, the knees just dont like the position. I like my G2's thank you very much
Marcarl Posted October 7, 2010 #8 Posted October 7, 2010 But, our grass IS greener down here!! That is,,,, as long as we water it!!! Guess you haven't been a Canadian yet, or lived in Canada. It's the greatest place to be on this earth,,,, except for where you are right now,,,, and that is always the best to be!!!! Can't beat your present position!!!
Yammer Dan Posted October 7, 2010 #9 Posted October 7, 2010 Then buy another 1st gen, not for me anymore, the knees just dont like the position. I like my G2's thank you very much Yeah as you get Older you tend to slow down a little...
Rocket Posted October 7, 2010 #10 Posted October 7, 2010 Yeah as you get Older you tend to slow down a little... Considering the condition of the 2nd gen & having a Harly as well. He has slowed down a lot, if he's not riding the 1st gen. Maybe we better ship him a walker (or a Walmart scoot). He will need it soon, just to get around......... :rotf:
Kirby Posted October 7, 2010 #11 Posted October 7, 2010 Yeah as you get Older you tend to slow down a little... That's why I still have VMAX and a 2nd Gen RSV in my stable!!! One's for gettin' there. The other's for gettin' there fast!
1 Canuck Posted October 7, 2010 #12 Posted October 7, 2010 There's a reason for the statement: the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. Think I'll move to the States,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Hmmm...I was always told the grass was always greener over the septic tank.
