Ozmonster Posted November 17, 2007 #76 Posted November 17, 2007 OK, I'm in Acton, Ontario, Canada, about 45 minutes East of Kitchener, 80 miles N of Niagara Falls, 45 minutes NE of Toronto, on the Niagara Escarpment. Beautiful riding in the fall when the colours start to come out, with a good mix of curves and straight-a-ways, when you get off the main highways. Activities in the area include fishing, water sports, hunting, hiking the Bruce trail, Skiing/snow boarding in the winter. For those coming to the 08' Rally, I'll see you there. Jim
timk Posted November 17, 2007 #77 Posted November 17, 2007 Upper Ohio Valley for us, right next to the Ohio river, lots of twisty roads with decent elevation changes. WVa and Pa only 20 minutes away for more of the same.
ken Posted November 17, 2007 #78 Posted November 17, 2007 Defiance Ohio (northwest ohio). Just a few miles from the old canal locks where you can take a ride on an old canal boat draw by a set of mule. Lot a state parks within a short drive. Harrison State park is one of then, good for camping, swimming, and fishing. I about a two hour drive from Cedar Point, that about the only place in this area to find any twisties
