Yup, I have 2 outlets. I've noticed that some RSVs just have a rubber plug there, and not an outlet. I guess it was an option?

I have the rubber boot there and that is on the bucket list for the winter, with safety chrome and maybe a tach if I can get one for the right $$$...

Thats one thing I hate on the 1st Gens. If you remove the fake tank cover every time I put it back on seems like I have the cap for my outlet trapped under it. Got to take tank cover back off to free it.

Did you buy your scoot used Monty? As far as I know, it wasn't an option. The wiring is there under the seat but the outlet is not there on a new bike. I added mine and yours was likely added by the previous owner.
