Hi to all, I did some work on my forks and put it back together today all was working fine last night. Now i have no lights, headlight, turn signals and rear brake light. Now when i hit my turn signal they work fine and when I apply my front or rear brakes the brake light works. Headlight completely inop and no driving lights at all.

Looked at harness no pinched wires at steering stop.

Any help woud be welcomed.

Did you check the headlight fuse ? Also check see if you have voltage at the hi/lo switch.

Checked both fuses headlight and turn signal ok will check hi low switch. Turn signals do work only when you use the indicator switch.

All my running lights are not working headlight front turnsignals and passing lamps rear brake light.

My rear brake light works when being applied and my front signals work when using switch. Headlight totally inop. Checked both fuses ok. Is there a running light relay?

Anyone with suggestions

Well, Re-Check the area where you were working, Check every plug, that might have been disturbed in the area you were working. Check all the cableing in the area, you might spot something.

Check the Headlight fuse with an ohm meter. sometimes they look good, but are not !

Check the headlight filament with ohm meter, Might, be a bad bulb ?? not likley, but anything is possible.

Check the Ground Wire, at the Headlight bulb, make sure its actually going to a ground. ( AT, the bulb, plug )

Either you forgot to ground something or you missed a electrical plug when putting it all back together.

check wire harness that comes out from behind the driving light bar located under your headlight. The wire harness contains colored wires and are to be mated with same color wires located up under the fairing just under your main headlight beam.. you might have pulled them apart when working on the forks and you didnt know it. These wires operate all the ligths your speaking of.
