Al Bates Posted September 22, 2010 #1 Posted September 22, 2010 Need info about TRICARE health insurance. Yep that's right turning 60 I'm being issued a military retired blue card, the best part it comes with pay (reservist and national guard have to wait until there 60) Not sure about the health insurance plans. What is the different between them? TRICARE Prime TRICARE Prime Remote TRICARE Standard TRICARE Extra Thanks for the info. Al Bates
etcswjoe Posted September 22, 2010 #2 Posted September 22, 2010 I have Tricare Prime, $12 copay and 400 something a quarter. Standard 80% straight. You are close to Tricare for life not real sure how that works.
scope59 Posted September 22, 2010 #3 Posted September 22, 2010 I am retired USAF and have Tri-Care Prime $12 co-pays, my premium yearly is $460.00 or $115.00 a quarter for the family. I had Quadruple Bypass in April and my part of the entire expense was $400.00. I was very satisfied with that charge. Steve
KiteSquid Posted September 22, 2010 #4 Posted September 22, 2010 Go to the Tricare website and compare plans Click HERE to go there
