BigBoyinMS Posted September 16, 2010 Share #1 Posted September 16, 2010 I've always said that I wouldn't want a Lambo or Ferrari, etc., but I would sure like to drive one once. Well, I've said the same about the Boss Hoss cycles and I may get the chance this weekend. My BIL and our wives are renting a cabin up near Paris Landing State Park, TN and going to the Boss Hoss national rally. They are having factory demo rides and I'm going to see if I can get a ride. Something to do for the weekend. If I do get a demo my last words may be... "Watch this!"

Monty Posted September 18, 2010 Share #3 Posted September 18, 2010 I rode through the park, and around the cabins yesterday, but I didn't see any Ventures, or any Mississippi tags.
eazyduzzit Posted September 19, 2010 Share #4 Posted September 19, 2010 You'll love it!! A friend and I rode 2 of them in June, at the bike rally here in Knoxville. I've never felt that kind of power in my life.
BigBoyinMS Posted September 20, 2010 Author Share #5 Posted September 20, 2010 (edited) Well, we made it up there late Friday and went back for most of the day Saturday. I did see a couple of RSV's and an '07 RSV trike. (Not including the RSV trike at the Hannigan booth.) Never saw the owners though. I did get a demo ride on one of the small-block bikes. I'm glad it was only a 5 mile ride. It handled like a smaller bike and the power was a rush, but... the heat coming off that radiator could cook dinner for you. Before the ride I thought I might like one... but not after. But we did have a blast checking out all the rest of the bikes. One fellow had a Boss Hoss trike that he built with TWIN 502 big-blocks putting out about 1100hp. But the wildest that I saw didn't look too out of the ordinary until I found out it was powered by an all aluminum 632 c.i. 1100hp big-block! And the rider was about 5'5". JMC Posted September 21, 2010 Share #8 Posted September 21, 2010 My wife and I rode to the park Sat. afternoon I wish we had taken a camera. I talked to a few after their test ride but did not have a desire to ride. We enjoyed looking at all the bikes, the paint jobs were very nice. Sorry no pictures.
