Ride to Parkersburg WV from Indy

I'm taking a ride next Sunday the 19th from Indy over to Parkersburg WV via I-74 to Cincinnati then US 50 over and down to Parkersburg to deliver a trailer. Leaving Indy by 8 am, leaving Parkersburg for the return trip by 3. Anybody wanna join in the fun? Could be just part way or the whole trip, I don't mind. Maybe a quick M&E in Parkersburg? Let me know.

Looking at the map Dan--By the looks of it you will be going thru Cincinnai and going thu or by Chilicothe--any idea's what time thru there?

I should be in Chillicothe somewhere between 11- 11:30, it's about 3-1/2 hours from the house, probably leave closer to 7:30 to leave a little more time down around Parkersburg. Never know if Skid or the Yammer might swing up there for lunch! Isn't Hummingbird from the Chili?

Well, I guess it's up to you two "locals" to pick a spot for lunch then, as I'll be lucky to find where I've got to go seeings I've never been there (but they tell me it's nice!). Will only have about an hour for lunch, I want to be back on the road to Indy by about 3.

Sunday is the start of NFL football. Wv'ers take football seriously. Also played on the occasional Monday, thursday.

 

Then... theres college football normally played on Saturday but can also happen on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday... Orange bowl on Monday...

 

I have the same problem with my friends in Charleston.... Ya just can't tear them away from that DURN Television!!!!

I know buzz -- Linda and I have been busy. First we bought a lot at Lake Mohawk so we could go fishing then we had to by a pontoon boat to fish from, then we had to buy a trailer to move the boat from Tappan Lake to Mohawk, then we had to buy a trolling motor for the pontoon, ended up buying 2 of them. One is a MinnKota Terrova 12v - 55lb thrust then we had to buy a fish finder.

 

I've been on craigs list so much that when I sit down at the desk and grab the mouse the craigs list automatically pops up

 

I sure hope we catch some fish this spring 'cause I'll need to catch about 100 lbs or so and it'll still be about $100 a lb.

I'm thinkin CoComos in ParKersburg for the 19th?...So we can watch the game... I'll be there at 1:00 . ThaT's the start of the Steelers/Titans Game. Will wait for everyone to get there to order...

You made a Honda fall over also-- according to Fish ---I was actually thinking of riding the Ultra. I haven't had it out on the road more than 150 miles from home. Fish always grabs it for the long rides.
