My V-Star with added lights

Here's a few pics of the back of my V-Star with the added lights. Muffinman has already made it a big lower and I can actually flat foot it. Makes it a lot easier to hold up a bike too, imagine that. He made the turn signals into running lights as well as turn signals. I think it's pretty bright back there now.

BTW...in most states its not exactly legal to have amber colored running lights on the rear, so I'd be looking for some red lenses for the turn signals.

It's and '04 and we bought it from Blackjack. I still have to get my license and take a safety course. Plan on getting the course at the end of Oct since we have so many places we're gonna be heading to. I'll get some more pics up later, just thought I'd show off the lights since it needed more light on the back.

nice verry nice. you lower it 3 inches? put on 12 inch tires? you be good to go. but realy i like it great job. is it white and gray like my friend Dianne,s is ?or silver. im a little color blind when it comes to silver or gray?

Actually it's white but it was at night when I took those pics so we'll give ya a break. Not sure color blind covers white, gray, or silver.

its ok mini just that with my MS sometimes colors gets washed out. from my medication. still nice bike. now pass the course and enjoy it...........

You may have missed the statement in a previous post that stated that any amber color that remains lite on the rear of any vehicle is not legal.

It's not illegal in the state of NC to have amber lights on the back of a motorcycle. As a matter of fact turn signals aren't even required, go figure.
