I would like to go up there, but I can't. work committments and no working gas tank for the scooter. It would be nice to go east this time.

Not sure what time I'm leaving. Kinda watching the weather. I haven't made motel reservations yet. If I go solo, I was gonna ride 'til I got tired and look for a room. Then get up Saturday morning and ride the rest of the way.

I know what you are sayin. I have made the last 2 maint days in a cage. this last one, I had the gas tank in the back o the truk. once the hole was fixed, i handed it off to Hal for painting. it should be ready this week.

 

this weekend I have repairs at the camp to tend to and work is only letting us off on an as really needed basis. so it will have to wait. I would like to make it ya'll 's way, maybe in the spring.

Ok, Grandson is having tubes put in his ears @ 6:00 tomorrow (Friday) morning. So I probably won't get on the road before 10:00AM, if anyone wants to tag along.

 

Map Quest says it is about 360 miles or 6 hours.
