bdyohecomcast.net Posted September 6, 2010 #1 Posted September 6, 2010 for those of you who use it you know those who don't shame on you . had a 81 honda cb 650 given to me had not been started in 3 yrs and was buried this year under the 24 inchs of snow we had and then all the snow from the st pieled on top of it .after cking all the wiring and for spark ( everything worked) cleaned gas tank carb floates where frozen fuel running every where . I filled fuel line going to carbs with the magic elixer let it sit over night and the next day filled tank with fuel and tried it . Started first try no float sticking . bike runs fine. now just clen up left. Seafoam does it again. Bill
Yammer Dan Posted September 6, 2010 #2 Posted September 6, 2010 I still claim with a little common sense and a can of Sea-Foam you can cure over 75% of the carb problems you will have. And a couple ozs in a tank a few times a year you won't have the problems to deal with. Good luck with the Honda. A little more Sea-Foam wouldn't hurt it.
