nance56 Posted October 30, 2007 #1 Posted October 30, 2007 As you all know, Old Hippy(Chuck), my other half was hit on our 88 in August. We had just purchased a seat skin from coveralls.biz. We hadn't even had a chance to use it and it got mangled with the bike. We needed it to keep our cloth seat dry and clean. We had contacted them when we had to have paperwork for the insurance company, so they knew about the crash. At the time David Rutledge(coveralls) stated that if we got a new bike he would replace the cover free of charge. With everything going on I just let it slip from my mind. Yesterday I received an email from him asking if we had found a bike, that his offer still stood to replace the damaged cover. I now have a brand new one on the way free of charge. Kudos to Coverall.biz. They are a great company and caring. I know Roadkill has spoken to them also. Keep up the great work.
