star4772 Posted August 25, 2010 #1 Posted August 25, 2010 Well I got a line on a one piece seat for my RSTD I plan on installing an air ride driver and passenger seat, also a passenger air ride backrest and trunk. With som mod's I think everything will work out and hope to be the first to adjust the air ride seat on the FLY. What do you all think of my idea???????????? :happy34: Joe star4772
Aussie Annie Posted August 25, 2010 #2 Posted August 25, 2010 Yeah, don't adjust it when going too fast...or you'll be the one on the fly!!:yikes::rotf:

chjchj Posted August 26, 2010 #9 Posted August 26, 2010 Does anybody here have the skills to fabricate a filler plate of plastic or metal to replace the passenger backrest pad on the Tour? Since I ride solo and could use room on the backseat for a bigger bag I thought that removing the passenger backrest pad and replacing it with a curved-to-fit solid plate of some type would give a couple or three inches more of room between the front of the trunk and the rear of my driver's backrest, or for those without a driver's backrest, more room between their back and the trunk.charms schmuck thomas sabo charm
