SilvrT Posted August 5, 2010 Author #4 Posted August 5, 2010 That is NICE!!!!!! I want one tooo!!!! Have you tried the maiden voyage yet? I am curious how it pulls for you. Brian not yet... but maybe this coming weekend. I still have to register and licence it.
LilBeaver Posted August 5, 2010 #6 Posted August 5, 2010 it is probably a good thing for you that I didn't have a hitch on my bike... Although getting an unlicenced/untitled trailer through customs may have been a trick... Nice job!!
Eck Posted August 5, 2010 #7 Posted August 5, 2010 Looks very nice Rick. Good job on it. You might have to change your site name to the Black Beauty now... Besides looking very sturdy, it appears a little on the heavy side. Does it seem to PUSH you when your trying to stop? It would be nice if the RSV came with ABS brakes.. you would really enjoy it with that trailer behind you..
CMIKE Posted August 5, 2010 #8 Posted August 5, 2010 Really nice job. It would not do for me to have one that big...my wife could fill it up with so much stuff a 3/4 pickup could not pull it. Beautiful trailer.

It would be nice if the RSV came with ABS brakes.. you would really enjoy it with that trailer behind you.. Don't know yet...haven't road tested it. The trailer unloaded weighs appx 180lbs (going by factory specs) and there's maybe 5lbs at the hitch. It certainly looks bigger and heavier than it actually is.
Carbon_One Posted August 5, 2010 #11 Posted August 5, 2010 You did a great job restoring that trailer. Now get it out on the road and enjoy using it. Larry
Sylvester Posted August 5, 2010 #12 Posted August 5, 2010 Looks like it would hold a bunch of pygmys. Sylvester who says that BoomerCPO would gladly furnish them.
SilvrT Posted August 5, 2010 Author #13 Posted August 5, 2010 Once again... thanks guys 'n gals for all the comments/compliments. Those of you who "do your own thing" such as I have done with this trailer know the sence of pride and joy one gets and the appreciation of others compliments. What a great bunch you all are!
