I will admit in the beginning, I liked it. Lost interest towards the end and stopped watching. That is probably when the most drama occurred. Granted not every parent/child relationship goes well, but just to see it on air, didn't appeal to me. They were not just getting along, they were starting to get nasty. Sr. lost his relationship with all 3 boys which just baffles me. I am more idealistic I guess.

My take on it is Jr.'s well has about dried up with his company so he is going back to what he knows. I think he will have some success, but not nearly as much as OCC.

I did like those coleman grills though. :D

I think we are in store for some real entertainment!!! Now, this could be just some kind of Hollywood Plot" to make some more bucks out a perpetual drama, but it does make for a "Rest of the story" study in human charactor.

Now maybe because of my age, but I lean slightly towards Sr. as far as who I am rooting for. Granted, Jr. has a very creative mind and does do some exceptional work, but as far as a work ethic, it reminds me of a lot of people I have personally known that blew it by working by their own standards and hours instead of what is accepted by the real world.

Obviously there is a lot of emotional baggage between father and son. Paul Sr was a train wreck for the early part of his life until a serious event occurrd in his life to cause a complete change. That event was Paul Sr turning his life over to Jesus as savior and Lord, but of couse that does not make ANY person perfect, just frorgiven. I'm not sure either way abot Paul Jr. The bottom line is, Sr knows what went wrong, but is uncertain how to fix it but inside wants to. His personal pride, and bei g a parent may be stopping forward progress.. Paul Jr only knows what he has experienced so far in life but is lacking the wisdom that can only be learned thru time.

Bottom line, I'm looking forward to the season when there is little else to do but watch tv...

I stopped watching (wasn't a BIG fan anyway) when the old man slapped him and called him an idiot. Any respect for his abilities and everything else went out the window -
