Good trip home. Just getting warm out when we got here. Glad to see everyone. Had a great time. Thanks Bill for putting this on.

We had fun seeing everyone again, had more fun visiting than riding it was too dang hot to being riding but what little riding we did do was fun......

We got in around 2:30 today would have been home sooner but we had to stop a couple of times to cool off due to the heat. Peg did better than I did her back dint bother her much on the way home but my knee was acting up pretty bad was not fun coming home at all glad we made it home too because I could not handle another 100 miles it was that bad, Looking for some highway pegs for the RSV so I can stretch out my knee.

When we came home the temp in the shade was 107F at 2:30:headache: and around 6PM it was 110F in the shade way too hot for us to be riding and my arms are burnt pretty good as well....

If things don't get any better with my knee I may take B2dad advice and triking my bike in a year or two. Boy I fell in Love with B2dad & Carbon One trikes boy they are pretty:happy34:

Wished B2Mom could have made it we had a blast there at the Hub sure did miss seeing her.....

The Group had breakfast at the Best Western in Eureka Springs and B2dad & Carbon One made a cute couple at the best Western for breakfast

Thanks to Midnight Rider talking to the waiters LOL:crackup:

If you could just see Don's face:headache: B2Mom you would be rolling in the floor laughing I almost pee my pants....

Lord how I Love this family..Love each and everyone of them............:thumbsup2:

looking forward to your Merrimac meet if things go OK at work and I can get my knee to feeling better on long trips I'll be there...:happy34:

Bill Linda you two always had good Rallies & meets but I have to say this 2010 Hub Rally by far was the best one yet.......I'm still laughing from all the fun we had.

Randall & Debbie and the Staff at the Hub did excellent job again as always We had fun but we hated going home too....:crying:

This was my first meet. Nice meeting everyone and had a great time. We had a nice ride Sat, a little hot towards the end, but a great ride the the hills. Thanks again and look forward to seeing more of you in the future.

I almost made it to the hub on Friday. About 30 miles north of Russellville I noticed I was getting low on gas. I had not seen a service station (or anything else for that matter) since Dover. I pulled into a roadside rest area and took a break. 3 Harley riders pulled in behind me coming from the north, so I asked one of them how far to the nearest gas station heading north. He said that they were actually coming from the south and had just missed the rest area and turned around. However, he did have a GPS and looked to see where the nearest station was. Turns out it was 36 miles north, and I had 30 miles left in my tank. I should have filled up in Russellville. So, my only options was to either back track 25 or 30 miles and fill up, and then head back north, or just turn around and blow it off. Since I hate those steep, twisty mountain roads, I just decided to blow it off and go home. It was way too hot for riding anyway. If I ever head back up that way again, I will know to get gas before starting up the mountain. But, I don't think I want to do any more trips in that kind of heat. I got pretty sunburned and dehydrated. Wasn't much fun. Glad you guys had a good time and I'm sorry I didn't get to meet some of you. Maybe some other time. Fred

We had a great time visiting with friends, and meeting new ones! We aren't home yet. We spent last night in Branson, and had an awesome helicopter ride. We are in Sikeston for tonight, and will ride on home tomorrow. Trying to ride mornings only, with it being so hot.

We are finally home. Had a great time at the Hub, and some other places too. The camper pulled great, even thru the mountains. I can tell this one's back there, though.

I finally rolled in today at noon. I rode with Don to his place in Tn on Sunday, then headed towards home on Mon stopping in Dayton, Oh for the night.

I had a great time seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Sure was good seeing everyone regardless of the heat. So instead of doing a lot of local riding we had time to get to know folks better. And that what's it's all about anyhow meeting folks here from the board. The rides are good too of course.

Now it's time to figure what /where the next M&E is at. :thumbsup2: :cool10:

Later, Larry
