Little help for my CRS

Ok, I am having a senior moment. I am about to do some service on my 86VR and cannot remember how much oil to use when doing an oil change, I am repalcing the filter also. My DEAR DEAR wife cleaned up MY garage and now I cannot find my service manual.

With the filter change, 3.8L or 3.3 Imp qt or 4.0 US qt.

I just add 3qts and then dribble in the last part of the forth qt. until the level in the sight glass gets to half. How much?? Danged if I know, but what I do know it's perfect....

To me, four quarts may be a little too much.
