Midrsv Posted July 27, 2010 #1 Posted July 27, 2010 We're still riding through Colorado and today we rode from Carbondale to Frisco and in the process we went over Independence Pass. Wow! It equalled the "Million Dollar Highway" in beauty and in my opinion was a bit more technical to ride do the more narrow roadway and tighter turns. Everyone should put this ride on their must ride list. Bummer Posted July 27, 2010 #2 Posted July 27, 2010 It's not too hard to see why the truly big stuff doesn't get to go there. No RVs Past This Point gets pretty serious. I 70 through Glenwood Canyon is pretty amazing too. Then there's 40 through the Steamboat Springs area... Ok, now I have to plan a trip back out there.
gibvel Posted July 27, 2010 #3 Posted July 27, 2010 Ahhhhh yes, I recognize that area. Ooooo Bubba Gump's, frequent that establishment whenever we're up in Breck. Enjoy and ride safe!!
1 - UP Posted July 27, 2010 #4 Posted July 27, 2010 Very nice, makes one want to get on and head out that way. Well done. Ken:Venture:

Yes, Bubba Gumps was good. We got to sit on the back deck with a view of the ski runs. We rode through Rocky Mtn NP today. I'll post photos later. Dennis
