Brian D. Posted July 7, 2010 Author #4 Posted July 7, 2010 hoon mount looks easy but which one do you all use and have you mounted on left or right side and do you all have the ones that offset. Any Photos appreciated. Thanks Brian Robinson
Proud Dad Posted July 11, 2010 #5 Posted July 11, 2010 Hey Brian, sorry I have been out of town. Hoon makes Roady Holders for different bikes. The standard black is what you need ( not the harley or bmw). Mounted mine on right as radio control unit on left would interfeere with roady. I also purchased the rain bonnet and just leave it on most of the time. The Hoon electrical hardware will not work for the roady II (wrong voltage) . If you want to wire direct a quick trip to radio shack will do the job. Do a search under forum and you will find great instructions. You'll love the Roady.
CMIKE Posted July 12, 2010 #6 Posted July 12, 2010 RAM also makes nice mount for the XM Roady... http://www.ram-mount.com/Products/MotorcycleMounts/tabid/128/Default.aspx
