Snarley Bill Posted July 4, 2010 Posted July 4, 2010 i happened to stop at my kawasaki dealer yesterday to look at the new victories again. when i was leaving , there happened to be a new kaw jet ski by the front door. i asked my salesman what size motor it had, just out of curiosty. he said 260 horsepower supercharged 1500 cc with 1500 pounds of thrust. blew my mind. any one ever ride one of these things? it must be awesome. where does it end?
craigatcsi Posted July 4, 2010 Posted July 4, 2010 If I remember right, the original ones had a 440cc engine & they just keep going up from there. Craigr
waterbug Posted July 4, 2010 Posted July 4, 2010 Not sure about the Kaws but when i had a house boat on cumberland there was a couple of guys with the seadoo's that were supercharged and the honda that is turbo charged and the seadoo would throw you off and boil the water in take off and the honda would catch it when the turbo would kick in. Never rode them myself but wanted too!! They will fly but are not cheap!!
buddy Posted July 4, 2010 Posted July 4, 2010 http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_3_203.gif I seen one that would almost fly out of the water did not know the brand but man it could fly across the water... http://www.smileycentral.com/sig.jsp?pc=ZSzeb112&pp=ZNxmk76224US
rod Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 There is a reason that they have a "kill switch" tether. Rod from San Diego where the test/race those things.

cb1313 Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 I traded my yamaha 110 delex for their Supercharged FX. My delux had a top speed of about 50 mph and the FX has a top speed of about 75 mph. I really have to hang on with the FX. Cb
