Friend w/o computer needs HD tires

Where would I go to price tires for an 09 HD Ultra Classic? I know the sizes but I don't find them at SW Moto. Does HD have a lock on these tires?

130/80B17 65H (front)

180/65B16 81H (rear)

He prefers WW but either would do.

So far there aren't many tires out for the new sizes on the HD touring line of bikes except from HD (d408 front and d407 rear). They had an exclusive deal with Dunlop for them that expires in august. Sometime in august Dunlop will release a American Elite (basically a new Harley sized E3). One of my co workers has an 09 Road King, he is trying to baby his tires to make them last until august.

 

It looks like Avon makes a Cobra in the correct size.
