Leadwolf56 Posted June 20, 2010 #1 Posted June 20, 2010 Just rolled in at 12:30 from Elyria, left there at 7:00am. Good trip, not a lot of traffic and good weather all the way. This was Sue's first long trip, she did an excellent job. She got to experience a little of everything, back roads, 2 lanes, freeway and even some gravel (on the road into Don's). Thanks to Don for the great time. It was great seeing friendss we haven't seen in a year. We hope everyone has a safe trip home. We'll see you again as soon as we can. 3 weeks to the International Rally.
Eck Posted June 20, 2010 #2 Posted June 20, 2010 Glad you both made it home safely. I too just got home. I left yesterday at 3pm, and rode to Summerville, Ky., which is the 2nd north of Tn. I spent the night and left there at 7am and just now made it home.. Glad to be back home....!!!! Want to also thank Don and Ellene for opening their home once again to all of us. Eck
Mariner Fan Posted June 20, 2010 #3 Posted June 20, 2010 Sorry I missed seeing you go Kevin. We pulled out around 9 I think. I was looking around for you as well Eck. Don't blame you for getting an early start. I'm home, cooled off and feeling good. Was a great weekend! BTW, Ruthy is real impressed with my raccoon eyes.
Carbon_One Posted June 20, 2010 #4 Posted June 20, 2010 I rolled in around 2:30 this after noon after making a stop at the daughters house on the way home. We took the scenic route State 2 from Elyria to Toledo, a short run up interstate 280 & 75, hopping off just short of the Michigan state line. then back roads the rest of the way. Thanks to Don & Ellene once again for being gracious hosts & hosting this event. Larry
Bummer Posted June 20, 2010 #5 Posted June 20, 2010 Irene and I just got in. Thanks a million to Don and Eileen for a wonderful time! We were tickled to see old friends and make some new ones! Good to see the list of people making it home. That should continue for a while. (Bob, we were passing 58 at 8:30. Oh, and check your right side passing lamp. It's either pointed way out to the side, or out altogether. Don't forget the vinegar. I'm going after the bottle in a short minute, myself.)

Just went out and checked. It's out.....guess I'll have to look up the number on a replacement lamp. Yea, I wasn't sure when we left. I remember looking down and it was 10:00 and figured we had been riding for an hour or so. BTW, I really like the route we took. Figure to go the same way next year! Sorry Bob, we had to get home as everyone was coming to our house at 1:00pm for Father's Day. We beat 'em here but not by much.
