e4 on the computer for the air ride

hello people got a code of E4 on the computer, book says something about solenoid output? did the whole wire check and jumping to insure the compressor is working and the valves and yes all clicking and working,but there is a relay underneath headlight how do you check that or would that even be my problem sure could use help thanks

most of the time there is a cold solder joint on the circut board for the class system
