2010 Flames?

Has anyone found out weather or not the flames on the 2010S are clear coated.

I believe they are. I was in my local dealer yesterday just looking around and they had one sitting there and I rubbed my hand across the flames on the tank and I don't recall feeling any raised portion on the flames. But I will not swear to it...

Those nasty looking flames are on the tank also??? I thought they are only on the fairing, but I have only seen one pic of one, so ..

I hope a dealer close to me will get one in stock so I can check it out. I like the color and flames.

Lot's of folks seem not to care for them, but I think they're pretty nice also.
