I've been playing since I was 12... I guess that is the difference between talent and practice......... He has the talent. this guy is good! I don't play anything close to this.

Bruce did a promotional spot on local (National) radio today and listeners were invited to ring in and challenge him to play a tune. So - I rang. Spoke with him briefly and asked him to lay "Duelling Banjos" from the Deliverance movie. He said he had never had a reason to play it in the past but he'd give it a go. Wow! Blew me and the announcer away. When he finished he said liked it and would practice it for the show tomorrow night. Now THAT I'm looking forward to.

 

Yep - Tommy Emmanuel is good but his guy is god!

This time last night the pillion and I were in the midst of Bruce's concert.

Damn, that man is good!

Met him after the show and bought his latest CD/DVD - signed of course.

He's off to Ireland and Britain in August for a tour.
