aspen60 Posted May 26, 2010 #1 Posted May 26, 2010 Okay, stupid question, I had a couple bolts fall off the scooter and I'm trying to go through the parts list to find the replacments. I can't for the life of me remember what the name is for the venture, you know like fjr1300 or fbz 1300 or ? any body know off the top of your head? I'm trying to find short bolts that hold the rear trunk up on the rear fender. Thanks in advance LLoyd

Bummer Posted May 27, 2010 #3 Posted May 27, 2010 You can always go to one of the online parts lists, for example. Once you get to Yamaha/Motorcycle/year/Royal Star Venture it'll tell you the xvz13tf(whatever). But you won't really need it.
aspen60 Posted May 27, 2010 Author #4 Posted May 27, 2010 Thanks guys- found my parts online and got everything ordered.
RedRider Posted May 27, 2010 #5 Posted May 27, 2010 Aspen, Just an FYI - you can generally find these bolts at your local hardware store (Ace, True Value, Hardware Hanks, etc.) They often even have the chrome ones. RR
KiteSquid Posted May 27, 2010 #7 Posted May 27, 2010 You can download the Yamaha parts lisitng from this site for FREE!!!!!! Look under the VRTech link on the left side of every page here.....

RedRider Posted May 27, 2010 #9 Posted May 27, 2010 You said Chrome!!! I don't usually get the chrome bolts and things because they don't stay clean enough to shine anyway. Would rather ride than wash. Replacement bolts will be stainless. Hey, we need to talk about the Bubs vs. OEM pipes. RR
