pilotop seat

I am looking for either a slightly used foam part of the drivers seat or a pillowtop seat. Was working on mine and kind of messed it up. Was able to temp fix it for riding but would like to have something better. If someone has a matched pair and I need to buy them both, I will contemplate it.

You should be able to find a set at one of the motorcycle salvage yards. Check out the websites, there's gotta be a Venture or two out there...

I just swapped out my stock seats on the '99 yesterday and replaced them with the pillow top late model set. Selling the stock set (both seats and the passenger backrest - excellent condition) if that is what you are looking for. But the pillow tops are the BOMB!

You say you need to replace your seat(s)... One thing you may want to consider is getting in contact with Rick_Butler as he has been reworking seats for a long time and might be able to provide some insight into fixing it for you or actually fix it for you.

 

Just a thought as an alternative.
