since i have lost 235 pounds ( i think 175 pounds were muscle) i am having trouble handling my venture.. it seem to have gained 400 pounds.. so i have decided to build a trike kit similar to the voyager trike kit.. being as money is the issue.. so i called my insurance man, and got the ok from him, that it is ok... so i have started my prototype.. so far this is where i am at.. if anyone with avoyager kit could send me pictures of how it hooks up to the rear of the bike, and the setup on the voyager frame that would help..

Wow Gary!!! That's incredible how much you have lost!! Arre you trying to use a straw for clothing???

Congratulations! Sorry, no photos of a Voyager kit but I know lots of members that have them like Aussie Annie. I think she is out of touch for as few days though. All I know is we have a ball on our trike but I do miss 2 wheels so I guess I better get Goldie revived soon!!

Gary I did a search on Ebay for a Voyager Trike and got several hits. This one has some good picks. VOYAGER and #250632133091 if the link doesn't work. Maybe these will help a little... This one too... VOYAGER #170485269999

I wish I had taken pictures of the kit mounted on my former (Burgman) bike. I really liked it!

notice the on the front end of the trailing arms have ball type ends.

It is hard to see but the rear connector arms are open and simply slide on to the horizontal pins that are mounted on the bike's rear swing arms.

(I hope these links show the individual enlarged pictures)

 Didn't work, so see pictures 1 and 4

Gary,

Get ahold of Frogman or Mamamo as their '99 has a voyager kit on it. I'm sure they could get you off some pics of it's construction :2cents:

BTW great job on the weight loss buddy! :thumbsup2:
