Sylvester Posted May 15, 2010 #1 Posted May 15, 2010 I woke up this morning and decided that I would go to the big city. What a great event! The sponsor dealers were fantastic and I saw all the new merchandise for firearms, scopes, lighting etc. This was a huge event and according to the Charlotte city people the largest event ever held in the city.
Sling Posted May 15, 2010 #2 Posted May 15, 2010 Must have been crazy traffic wise what with the new nascar hall of fame opening this week and being right next store. Sure wish I could have made it up that way.
massey130 Posted May 16, 2010 #4 Posted May 16, 2010 I had read the write up for the NRA show in my American Rifleman magazine. I just could make it there. these are some big shows. and you get to see what's coming up from arms makers. Was there any news concerning a commemorative model of the 1911 govm't model?
OB-1 Posted May 16, 2010 #5 Posted May 16, 2010 I've been to a number of NRA Anual Meetings and they have always been first class affairs. I highly recommend the Members Banquet too.
