saddlebum Posted May 13, 2010 #1 Posted May 13, 2010 We just got these new portable truck lifts at work. You have to wonder what would happen if a tire blew. By the way thats me holding the one post steady, looking a lot more confident than I really am
Snaggletooth Posted May 13, 2010 #2 Posted May 13, 2010 Have you tried to fit a Carbon One adaptor on it yet? Just sayin' ya know......
saddlebum Posted May 14, 2010 Author #3 Posted May 14, 2010 Have you tried to fit a Carbon One adaptor on it yet? Just sayin' ya know......I have thought about it, but I don't think they will let me take one home to try it.
craigatcsi Posted May 14, 2010 #4 Posted May 14, 2010 That's pretty cool! I wish we had something like that when I worked on them, many years ago. craigr
eazyduzzit Posted May 14, 2010 #5 Posted May 14, 2010 It would be awfully hard to take a nap on a creeper, working on a truck that high up. Jim (who works at a KW dealership)
craigatcsi Posted May 14, 2010 #6 Posted May 14, 2010 Ah yes, I took more than a couple of those naps. Just wrapped my arms up around the front end and take a 'cat nap'. I didn't even have to worry about snoring, the blairing radio and air tools from coworkers would drown it out. craigr
