Star Bars on Venture

I would like to put Barons Star Bars on my 07, venture will the Tour Deluxe throttle. clutch and brake lines be long enough to do the job. Our do i have go to after market sources. Thank you for any help.

I read this on Baron's site. Personally, I think it would be a great mod.

Installs on most motorcycles using stock controls (Yamaha RS Venture models will require BA-7430-00 Riser Extensions).

Dimensions: Diameter: 1", Width: 36", Rise: 4", Pullback: 12-1/2"

Additional benefit may be found through the addition of a Baron Starbar handlebar (BA-7300-00), which works beautifully with these Riser Extensions and dramatically reduce the effort required to steer. This setup moves the rider's grip back 2” more and almost 3” lower, producing tremendous changes to the handling and comfort of your Venture! (Longer cables not required).

I don't know i got a 15% discount because i am a Star Riding And Touring member. They were 104.00 without the discount.

The only thing that concerns me is the fact that factory bars sit in rubber "blocks" which I'm sure reduces vibration.

 

When using the Baron risers the handlebar will now sit outside of them. I'm not sure what the effect will be. More than likely the fairing will vibrate. Go for a ride and watch it.

 

I'm ready to pull the trigger. I'll wait for some kind of discount.
