Several years ago my neighbor had a gold wing with a folding mirror for his wife that hinged down from the open trunk lid. I seem to remember it being a flexible piece of highly polished plastic as to not break. It had a snap fastener that held it in the "up" position when loading/unloading the trunk. He had removable bag inserts and the mirror must have molded to the shape of the bag because it never broke. Has anyone seen something like this before? My wife would love a mirror after a ride. It's that hair thing.......

Rob, if i remember correctly, my 86 vr, has a lighted mirror in the trunk lid.

can't be certain, though, i haven't seen my bikes in almost a year.

Oh, the dreaded "helmet hair" :yikes: I have a patch on my vest that reads: "Hairdoo by Helmet" :big-grin-emoticon:

And I carry a cap in the trunk to cover it, isn't that why they were invented?:doh:

CLIP-ON mirror----from 'wally world' or ANY auto store will work!------PS----I have one from a 92 VR trunk-bag???? not cheap though:mo money::thumbsup2::sun1::sun1::usa::usa::usa:
