BOSTON ACOUSTICS S45 4" Anyone try these in a venture? Any in put would be great. Looking for a little better sound from the old girl.

Don't do it, not waterproof, Polk makes boat speakers

Honestly no one notices much improvement unless your old speakers are blown

Thanks for the info. My speakers are just fine. Put the money toward some led lights

This is something I was thinking about as well, but I didn't know what to get for my first gen... other than waterproof, i wasn't sure of size. Does the firstgen use 4" as well?

 

My speakers are actually quite crackly, so an upgrade could really help me.

They should be 4 inch
