Yammer Dan Posted April 15, 2010 #4 Posted April 15, 2010 1963 Dodge 440 Golden ( something or other) with 3 two barrel carbs. 4 speed tranny, Hurst shifter. 10 to 12 miles a gallon. Black with red interior. Man I wish I had it back. Slant eyed thing was something.
bryan52577 Posted April 15, 2010 #5 Posted April 15, 2010 Dodge Charger 1974 with 318ci with 340 heads. Ran VERY good and still got 26 mpg! "As long as you kept your foot out of the four barrel I had on it." Now I got a 6cyl that is front wheel drive, no fun and gets a whooping 33mpg on the open road. WOW,36 years, much less power, no more "fun" and "7mpg" better? Can you say (screwed) on here? Bryan
