BIG TOM Posted April 4, 2010 Author Share #26 Posted April 4, 2010 Put Frank's buffalo wing hot sauce on your hand, and let her try to bite it. It works, and she probably won't wanna bite your hand anymore. Just the smell alone may do it. It's all about association. If she associates that taste/smell with biting your hand, it will deter her from doing it again. Unless she really likes hot sauce....lol. She likes it !!!!!!!! well it did work...now shes licking my hand....but, now I need to go to the store and get another bottle and bathe in it

We had a black Lab that chewed everything. Well one day I made a sandwich set it on the coffee table and went back into the kitchen. Come back out and sandwich is gone and dog still chewing. I made another sandwich but this time put a large amount of Frank's Red Hot Sauce on it. Set sandwich down and walked away. Peeked around corner and saw the dog eat the sandwich and take off running to his water bowl. Dog liked to chew up all the kids expensive tennis shoes so I put a drop of hot sauce in each shoe. Then went and put a drop on or next to everything that dog liked to chew on and wasn't supposed to. Dog wouldn't go near any of the things. Good thing I never had to put the sauce on anything again. Dog would only chew on what was given to him. I'm a firm believer of Frank's Red Hot Sauce.

KevinsDa1 Posted April 7, 2010 Share #33 Posted April 7, 2010 I have a Beagle that turns 2 later this month. She is just coming out of her puppy stage. I went through all kinds of different things with her, the things that worked best were old socks tied together and knotted and Rawhide bones, The medium sized ones. Make sure they are rawhide and not that processed crap. Kevin:Venture:
