Comfort Inn \Maintainance Day \ Oberlin\ June 19

My letter from the Oberlin Inn took a bit longer to arrive but that it did. Beverly gave me the $62.95 rate for the Comfort Inn when I mentioned I was with the VentureRider group. These rooms are cancellable untill 4:00 the day of and this rate includes breakfast and wireless service.

Do we need to call them to get the rate changed or can they do it at Check-in?

 

Just spoke to Beverly and she said it would be best to call ahead to get the lower rate if you are already booked at the higher rate. She said they can change it at check in but would be best if you called ahead.

Well, after checking the schedule for the summer travel baseball team my son has made, we'll be gone every weekend from the beginning of June till the end of July. Our team is hosting a tournament the weekend of MD, so Rose and I will respectfully have to bow out of this years festivities in Oberlin. At least the Oberlin Inn will be able to rent out another room (or 2, or 3, etc........)!!!!!

 

Was sure looking forward to it this year, Lord knows I need a break.

 

Hope ya'll have fun and REALLY wish we could come.
