Danimal Posted March 20, 2010 #1 Posted March 20, 2010 I think I finally figured out how to share pic's! Maybe... This is my brother's tour deluxe with fairing. In my opinion it's better looking than my RSV front end. Please work!
heartofdixie Posted March 20, 2010 #3 Posted March 20, 2010 Man that looks good. Same color as my bike. Do you know waht he had to pay for the paint job?
buddy Posted March 20, 2010 #4 Posted March 20, 2010 Sweet very nice in deed. I order one similar to that. hope mine turns out as good as his did, and yes I think these fairings look better too.... Tell him he did an outstanding job
Guest human4m Posted March 21, 2010 #5 Posted March 21, 2010 Man I love that fairing... Anyone have a rough I dea of what they run?
YamaDuck Posted March 21, 2010 #6 Posted March 21, 2010 I think that one runs around $1700. Someone makes one that has only two speakers. Its cheaper but I don't know how much. Afriend has one on his Road Star. I think they are good looking also.
Danimal Posted March 21, 2010 Author #8 Posted March 21, 2010 Bought from the dealer that way. Team Winnebagoland in Oshkosh, Wi. Good people there, they ain't gonna give anything away for free though. lol They figured out that people will pay for customized factory bikes. So they'll put a fairing on or send a Road Star out for custom paint. Aftermarket rims and exhaust and a ton of bling. I beleive he picked this bike up for 14900. I bought my 07 from them for 15900 in 08. They still have another 07 on the floor at that price. Like I said they don't give them away.
Lone Eagle Posted March 21, 2010 #9 Posted March 21, 2010 That's sweet - I would really like to have one of those - one of these days.

geresti Posted March 23, 2010 #13 Posted March 23, 2010 I also added the Hoppe Fairing and love it but will have to wait to use the bike since I was in an accident but the crash bars seemed to save the bike from a lot more damage than could have been I got it off Craig's list from a guy in Fresno who had it on his tour deluxe and he upgraded the stereo, speakers.added sirius radio ,usb port, cd player, and 12v plug all for $900. Has 4 woofers and 4 tweeters. Had it painted to match my bike so bike is near the way I want it when I get it back together. I am ok also except for a lot of bruises from being thrown 10 feet and then hitting a wall and sliding 16 feet. I learned all of this from reading the accident report since I was knocked unconscious and suffered a concussion. Had full helmet which doctor said saved my life and full leathers so no scrapes on my skin.
badluck73 Posted March 24, 2010 #14 Posted March 24, 2010 hey Danimal can you ask your bro if those are aftermarket handle bars, and where did he get them?
Danimal Posted March 25, 2010 Author #15 Posted March 25, 2010 Sorry badluck but those are stocker's. Do they seem different? Never looked to close maybe there's risers? I'll check tomorrow.
badluck73 Posted March 25, 2010 #16 Posted March 25, 2010 just looked like they had my of a pullback than the stock bars.
naturbar Posted April 3, 2010 #18 Posted April 3, 2010 installed mine about 6 months ago and absolutely love it. http://i48.tinypic.com/2j5x7gm.jpg
