DAKn2 Posted March 18, 2010 #1 Posted March 18, 2010 I've been doing a lot of tear down and maintenance on my new-to-me 1997 RSTC. The more I think about it, the more I could see the Harbor Freight Motorcycle Stand/Wheel Chock coming in very handy. http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=97841 I have a coupon that has it at $39 and was wondering if anyone has one, or has any comments. The spec is that it will hold a tire from 15 to 22 inches, but doesn't sate a maximum width, and we do have very wide front tires. Is this sturdy enough to hold up an 800 lb RSTD?
atlm Posted March 18, 2010 #2 Posted March 18, 2010 On the box, it says maximum tire width of 130. I was going to buy one, but didn't because of that.

Been there done that!!! Bolt this one to a 4' 2X8 http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=96349 Edited March 18, 2010 by wes0778 Added info

The venture & rstd's have a big front tire:think:
