Is there any difference between 1999 to 2010 except for the colours?

Ya, they raised the price a grand for 09 cus the CD changer is now standard equipment taking up half of a saddlebag.

From what I'm told the antennas tended to fall off the '99s, so that has been changed.

The 2000 Salsa Red is the sexiest and the fastest. Other than that, they are pretty much the same.

Had a recent battery replacement after 5 months of not riding... coldest winter in a while.

 

If you have an '08 RSV, does the LCD for Kph stay on all the time? This bike was pretty new to me and I'm not sure now.

Yes, It displays Kph as well as MPH.

My MPH is painted on a 'grill' under the glass. The Kph is the LCD part. Does it run off a separate power source, like some watch battery thing?
