Guest JGorom Posted October 10, 2007 #29 Posted October 10, 2007 I agree with what Bongobobby has already said... "Com'on...it's just the Bills!" Not only that...but rookie quarterback and runningback starting...several starters out for the season...a wide receiver converted to play safety. Yep...better run out and get those Superbowl tickets and hotel reservations made! Me thinks Buffalo is playing for draft picks this year.
birddog Posted October 10, 2007 #30 Posted October 10, 2007 Say what you will. I'm still a Cowboy fan......BUT....those Bulls didn't play like no rookie team. Both their offense AND defense play like a seasoned veteran team that "HAD IT GOIN ON". If I had half the drive and determination that those "rookie" players had on their defense, I might win more fantasy football games. COWBOYS. You know in a way I'm glad Dallas and NE are playing in Dallas so the cowboys have the home field advantage......BUT on the other hand, they're gonna hate having their [expletive]'s handed to them on their own home turf if that's the outcome. Oh, well.....I'll be off riding in the beautiful Texas Hill Country this weekend anyway. I'll have to catch up on the game results on Monday.

Yeah...your right (win is a win is a win)...as a die hard Bills fan were just envious that your "boy's" pulled that one out...that's twice this year we have seen our team loose with 0 seconds on the clock. I think what made that loss even harder for us is the fact Wade Phillips was at the helm. One of the dumbest (of many) moves this organization has made over the years was to fire a coach in the NFL with a winning record. Everywhere he has gone the team has improved...especially their defense. Congratualtions...hope you guys can take it to those Patriot's!

SledgeHammer Posted October 15, 2007 #33 Posted October 15, 2007 Duke, I am not a Cowboy fan, although I was under Coach Landry and Johnson. I only watch to cheer for the other team now. I respect the Pats, although I am not a Pats fan either. I thought it was petty of the Pats to score the last touchdown with 19 seconds left in the game and a huge lead, instead of kneeling down. That was a total lack of class for any team, and out of character for past Pats teams.
