Hacker's Yamaha/Honda, Houghton Lake, MI

Autumn of 2004 I traded my 1984 Venture Royale to Hacker's in Houghton Lake, MI. I think they did the 2nd gear repair and fixed an oil leak issue before they resold it sometime summer of 2005. I'm curious if anyone here may have been the buyer. Since I've joined I have found that some of you will look long and hard to find a particular 1st or 2nd gen. bike. I just thought that if someone here got it, it would be nice to know where it went.

if you still have the vin, you can carfax it. there was someone around the site that said they could look it up at the dealership too.. i don't recall who it was, mebby skydoc?

 

i was lucky with my blondie. The previous owner is a good friend, who happens to be anal retentive. i've got all the paperwork for the entire time he's owned it, including work done.

 

i do wish i knew who owned it before him, he bought it from a dealer as a tradein in 2001 (it's an 87)
