The best thing to do is to make contact with the person and have them give you the name and address to send it to.

 

If you go up to "community" -> "member list" --> "Full list" then in the upper right hand corner of the frame you can search for the screen-name of the next people on the list and then be able to send them a private message, e-mail or possibly get a phone number to give them a call.
