Anybody know off hand what the inch pounds torque spec

is for the clutch cover bolts? I am wanting to say 100 inch lbs,

is this correct?

Thanks,

Tighten them up good and snug, you don't need a torque wrench. When they bottom out give them a little tweak and you are good to go. If I was to give a torque setting I would say 70 in./lb. maximum.

What took you so long :big-grin-emoticon: , yeah , still not sure but I am tighting them

up as I type here. to 70 inch lbs. if I need to go to 100 later I will. 70 feels about

right though as you say!

Thanks!

Actually it was one of the easier upgrades to do. Freebird,s tech description was spot on and easy to understand, even for me. Just waiting to pick up a torque wrench tomorrow so I can tighten her up and off we go. Well maybe no going tomorrow, it,s supposed to snow tonight.
