Rickster Posted March 10, 2010 #26 Posted March 10, 2010 As long as her pointer finger is working and you have that feather duster Taters should just take her time and recover............ hope she is doing well.
BIG TOM Posted March 11, 2010 Author #27 Posted March 11, 2010 The feather duster you bought me will come back to haunt you.......that is a fact....although "PINK" seems to be your color ...... matches your eyes big guy...lol..:rotf:
gunkylump Posted March 11, 2010 #29 Posted March 11, 2010 Taters and I are on our way to the orthopedic secialist to try to reset her wrist for the third time....please say a short prayer for her...this is our last chance to get it right...the next step is surgery....will keep you informed of her progress.....she has been a good patient thus far ,but I know she has been in a lot of pain since her accident....hope they can set it and cast it today........ Hope they get it this time Tom. I have a very good idea what Taters is going thru....my oldest son dislocated his left elbow, and broke the forearm in two places. 30 staples, 8 pins and a sheet of surgical steel later..plus 3 days in the hospital......but, 3 weeks less a day today, and they cut the cast off, pulled the staples, and told him that all looks good. Mobility will be another issue according to the doc. Kurtis says his goal now is to prove the doc wrong and get all of his mobility back......now that's my BOY! Good luck to Taters!!! She is going to be fine. gunk:bighug:
Freebird Posted March 11, 2010 #30 Posted March 11, 2010 Tom...all I can say is that I am so sorry that she is having to endure any pain at all and YOU better take care of that lady. You are in the same boat that I am....you KNOW you are lucky to have such a wonderful lady. I know that it will all turn out for the best and then she will be back to putting you in your place.
