short-haul Posted March 7, 2010 #1 Posted March 7, 2010 Here are some pitures of the light bars I made for my venture. I used 18 ga. 304 brushed stainless steel sheared, bent and trimmed to fit. The lights have a solid chrome look when off and a 3d LED look when on about a7 hr job start to finish. Also a 2003 starlight trailer I picked up for $250 to day.It has a little road rash but some fiberglass, new LED light and Pearl white paint will be good as new.
bryan52577 Posted March 7, 2010 #2 Posted March 7, 2010 I really like your "infinity" looking lights! What would it cost for you to make me a set for the inserts for the saddle bag hinges? And where did you get the lights like that? Bryan
short-haul Posted March 7, 2010 Author #3 Posted March 7, 2010 Cheapest place for the lights is www.towmart.com they run $24.99 there and shipping for 8 was only $6.00 www.iowa80.com $34.00 I think . They have about 700 different LEDs And you can buy 26GA stainless that has a self stick backing and cut with a good pair of scissors. sold by the foot in various sizes www.northentool.com $35.00
Squidley Posted March 8, 2010 #4 Posted March 8, 2010 That looks really really good, those lights are some of the coolest things I have seen, thanks for the link BTW nice score on that trailer!
