i have been reading the 1944 issue for the last 2 hours all i can say is WHOW !!

a 137 years of back issues is a lot to read but i am going to try to at least read the 1st 50 years .

I quit reading Popular Science sevaral years ago because they had taken a quite liberal bent to their stories. I followed your link and the the first one I clicked on they were endorsing Obama for president. I just closed it and decided will keep on reading Popular Mechanics.

I'm not reading any of the new ones , just got done with one from 1926 , 12 ways to remodle you house - 1- lift up house and put in a cellar if you don't have one
