Last time my plugs were changed, it was rather easy. I went to Jerry W's spring maintenance day and let him do it!!! The best tools for removing the spark plugs seem to be the in the factory tool kit.
BOO Posted March 6, 2010 #29 Posted March 6, 2010 I try to change the plugs when the tank is low on fuel but if it's not I just go ahead and remove it, draining the tank takes longer than changing the plugs. It's kind of like fretting over splitting the faring, some people spend more time studying how to do it then just getting to it. Heck I've had to split the faring three times in one afternoon...... kept having parts left over, go figure... BOO
