Now if it could get plenty of air time here in the states, that would be great, we dont see many P/S spots about motorcycle safety here...............Dont know if you noticed they were driving on the wrong side for the US.

That was great. Now how do we get big ole LED signs like that? You know someone's thinking about it. Wish we had PSA's at all about bike's being on the road. We got nothing here.

There is another British ad that is just great. A biker pulls out in front of a car, the car t-bones the bike, the bike is unharmed but the car is totaled and both passengers injured. The biker is explaining to the cops that he "didn't see the car" " It just came out of nowhere".

I think there is another one with the biker turning left and hitting the car head on with the same result, and excuses.

Great ad for MC awareness. Not everyone is going to be effected by it, but if it saves one MC death it's worth it. Wish they played that stuff on US TV... One way to help is send the link to all our non-bike email addresses. :thumbsup2:

I would hope that a commercial would make a difference, but I rather doubt it.

People up here have been told months in advance that there would be expensive fines and demerit points for talking or texting on a cell phone; but they still do and they get their fines. Seems to be, people don't really care until they get caught or something should happen.

My 2 cents.

Good commercial. Even though this commercial shows the importance of different colored lights on a motorcycle "somewhat to the extreme". We are not allowed to run them while traveling. Except in the state of Pennsylvania, from what I've been told. Are there any other states that have passed a law allowing their use? I know if I glance quickly, something exhibiting unique lighting is recognized for its placement in the scheme of things.:D

Drivers are aware of bicyclists and pedestrians because there are large campaigns directed at motorists to be aware of them. There are no such campaigns regarding motorcyclists. Consequently they are unaware of them. We must make the government and insurance agency's that it is far cheaper to pay for awareness campaigns than to pay out huge health or death benefit claims.

wow that was grate, I wonder if thay have had accidents with all them lights? there definitely a attention getter. Hum I got 2000 LEDs not doing anything maybe ill make a BIG sing that seas "can you see me now!" but I'm shore the powers that be wont allow it, maybe that's why thay don't run the add hear in the stats.

It's been quite a while since I've looked, but I think here in WI. that red light have to face rearward or on the rear if they face to the side, and amber can go just about anywhere. Maybe only amber facing rearward if they are turn signals? Blue light can't be used. If that's the case, I wonder how it would look if a person totally covered a bike with LEDs. I know I saw a old Goldwing, (I think), somewhere covered with lights. But they weren't all LEDs though. It was king of hideous, but I'm sure people saw it.
