Wanderer Posted March 2, 2010 #26 Posted March 2, 2010 Let me try these pics again. I got some others to go on my trip thread. Wow, you had to take the front fairing apart to grease the rear spline! I knew I was doing it wrong.

kbran Posted March 2, 2010 Author #28 Posted March 2, 2010 You guys are making me long for some great Cajun cooking! Did you by any chance have any Boudan and fresh French bread? When I lived in New Iberia years ago, our office runner would go and get Boudan and French bread on Friday mornings! What a treat that was!!! Sleeperhawk said we should have been there! No boudan, but we did have frenchbread and roastbeef po-boys for lunch, dinner was as the song goes crawfish pie, jambaly and file gumbo:cool10:. Wish you too could have been here as well, we had a ball:thumbsup2:
DragonRider Posted March 2, 2010 #29 Posted March 2, 2010 Well you broke my heart telling me about that crawfish pie, then I had to see that pic of Squidly loading up on it............... Lots of fantastic Cajun cooking, yes Lewis that was me with the little bit of Crawfish pie infront of my mug and it was fantastic! Some Gumbo, and Jumbyliah and too much other good eats...cheesecake too You know what they say about payback.................Right Squid...................But I got my own Cajun cook here, and since Charlene has been home I have had 3 great cooks from S. La. here and I am loving it.............Boudin, Gumbo, Chicken Chile, Red Beans & Rice with smoked sausage, you name it I been having it............ Looks like a great time was had by all and I saw a lot of familiar faces from past meets and MD.
